Commerce (B.Com) degree and over 30 years of extensive experience across diverse business 

functions. Renowned for his strategic foresight and execution excellence, he has a proven track 

record in unlocking new business opportunities, forging high-value partnerships, and driving 

operational efficiency. 

As Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Shah leads the company’s overall management and strategic 

direction. He is instrumental in shaping growth strategies, optimizing performance, and 

delivering long-term value to stakeholders. His strengths in building agile teams, scaling 

infrastructure, and cultivating strong client networks have been key to the company’s sustained 

growth and competitive positioning. 

With his visionary leadership and deep industry expertise, Mr. Mihir P. Shah is strongly

Mr. Binoy Shah (Executive Director & CFO) 

Mr. Binoy Baiju Shah, is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience 

within the Naxpar Group. He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S.) degree and has 

been instrumental in shaping and executing financial strategies that support the group’s 

ambitious growth trajectory. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Shah plays a key leadership  role, overseeing the company’s financial operations and steering its strategic direction. He is 

focused on driving sustainable financial growth and advancing the company’s business 

development initiatives. 

 

Mrs. Ami Mihir Shah (Women Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director) 

Mrs. Ami Mihir Shah, serves as a Woman Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director on the 

Board. With her keen insight and active involvement in strategic discussions, she contributes 

meaningfully to the company’s governance and decision-making processes. Her presence on the 

Board supports diversity and strengthens the overall leadership framework of the organization. 

 

Mr. Yogesh Varia 

He has more than Thirty-Five years of experience in the Business administrative and 

Management of Business. He has vast knowledge and varied experience which is of great value 

to the Company 

 

Mr. Vijay Kumar Ayare 

Mr. Vijay Kumar Ayare is having 50+ years of Experience, and offering service in pharmaceutical 

and cosmetics manufacturing.

catering to the demands of the industry with professionalism and a differentiated service 

offering.

management team, who has behind him skill and experience. It is as a result of his diligence ad 

perseverance that Wanbury’s prowess in pharmaceutical manufacturing has seen exponential 

growth and achievement. 

He is Diligent in Strategy and planning, Deal Evaluation and Structuring. 

 

Mr. Harish S. Panpalia 

Mr. Harish S. Panpalia, a Masters from Nagpur University, Diploma in Business Management, 

CAIIB. BS Trainer, a Seasoned Corporate Banking Professional with more than 39 years of 

successful career with SBI. Retired in Top Executive Grade in 2019 and since working as Senior 

Vice President (Debt Syndication) with Pranjal Corporate Services, an Investment Boutique Firm 

in Mumbai 

•Specialized in the domain of Corporate Credit, Stress Asset Management, Risk 

Management, Branch Management. 

•Played a key role in arranging high value credit requirement of various Listed and 

Large/Medium Corporates. 

•Guided many Corporate Houses for improvisation in Balance sheet and reduction of 

funding cost, etc. 

•Headed various large size branches of SBI & gained adequate expertise of 

Administration and resources management. 

•Diligent in Strategy and planning, Deal Evaluation and Structuring.  

•Expertise in handling Restructuring, OTS and Merger and Acquisitions. 

•Good liaison and network in banking sector.
